About The Resort
Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, Waterville Valley is an outstanding ski resort with over 265 acres of skiable terrain. The resort has hosted 13 World Cup events and offers fantastic skiing for all ability levels. You will also have the opportunity to ski nearby Cannon Mountain, which is famed for the highest peaks in New Hampshire. Accommodation options are conveniently located close to the town square in Waterville, which has a selection of shops and an indoor ice skating rink that hosts local ice hockey matches.
Black Bear Lodge
The centrally located Black Bear Lodge is a popular choice for school groups, offering a superb standard of accommodation in the heart of Waterville Valley. Just a short walk to the Town Square and a 5 minute shuttle to the slopes, pupils are accommodated in spacious suites of up to 5, with staff in rooms sleeping 2-3. The Black Bear Lodge also features a games room, meeting room free Wifi and an indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast is served at the ski area, and evening meals at the local conference centre.
